Celebrating a Victory in Style
Sunday, December 11th, 2011
If you ever make use of the services provided by, a rodeo bull hire place to add some fun and excitement to your functions be sure to have a chat with the operators. These guys or girls usually have a lot of experience operating the equipment and can provide you with many ideas for fun competitions to keep your guests entertained. While I have found that most partygoers will enjoy simply hanging on for dear life to stay atop the bull for as long as possible, others crave a bit more competition. You can even set up special prizes for the various competitions, giving your guests a nice souvenir to remember your function. It does not have to be anything extravagant either as a simple certificate stating their victory is usually sufficient to put a smile on most people’s faces. The grand prize can even be a bottle of champagne with which to celebrate the victory!

I Have Some Ideas to Improve Sales at a Longboard Site
Sunday, July 31st, 2011
While sitting at my desk the other day and listening to some music, it occured to me that my friend’s website that has longboards for sale can really improve his sales if he only fixed the overall look and feel of his website. I think that with a few adjustments, he will be able to convert more viewers into customers. His products are really quite good and they have a very good quality. He complains though that there is not enough sales being generated. I have been reading some books on this and I think I have some ideas that can help him improve his sales when it comes to longboards. I think I will call him up tomorrow and tell him some of my ideas. I hope he likes them because I really can’t wait to get started with this project. I know I will do well and it will be good for the both of us.

Escrima Sticks Versus Traditional Weapons
Tuesday, July 12th, 2011
Escrima is a martial art that puts particular emphasis on weapons training. The most common weapon used in competitions is the escrima stick. The fighter wields one in each hand, and they are said to be used as extensions of the arms. This is a deadly and interesting style for sure, but how would it stack up against other more traditional weapon styles? One thing you might be thinking is that swords and other cutting weapons would make short work of a wooden stick. This is true, but remember that just as samurai and ninja did not carry bokken into combat, the warriors of the Phillipines did not carry simple escrima sticks into combat either. Escrima warriors would use swords and other devastating weapons in the escrima style of fighting. The flexible, fluid, and highly damaging nature of escrima weapons combat would definitely make it a formidable opponent for other types of weapon combat.

Boot Camp Workouts
Sunday, March 13th, 2011
I am on day 30 of the PX90 workout, and I must say that I am seeing results. It’s not just me though, because others have complimented me on my new looks. I’m starting to feel better; I sleep better and eat better, and I even treat myself better! I have to say, though, that the first few days were not easy. I guess after you have been sedentary for so long, it is hard to get back up and get fit. I did it, though, and I never want to go back to the way I was. I think the PX90 workout is a pretty much boot camp for those who want to get serious fast. You also get serious results. I didn’t think I could do it, but I stuck to it, and now I am grateful that I did. I’m going to push on to day 90.

Shaun White Greatest Snowboarder?
Friday, December 17th, 2010
One of the world’s hottest or should I say coldest sports going on right now is snowboarding, when you look into the winter sport of snowboarding you quickly find out the best riders and best boards, bindings, boots, and outerwear is made by Burton. Burton snowboards was started in 1977 and since then has grown to be the biggest snowboarding company in the world, but with riders like Shaun White, it’s hard not to rise to that level. Shaun started his riding career at the young age of nine at a local skate park where he got noticed by the great Tony Hawk, 8 years later he became a pro skateboarder. He got his first snowboarding sponsorship at super young age of 7. He is the only athlete to win gold medals in both summer and winter X games in two different sports. He since went to compete in the winter Olympics where he has received gold for the half pipe in both years of Olympic that he has entered. Shaun White is easily the greatest snowboarder right now.

PADI Open Water Course
Wednesday, December 15th, 2010
The most popular diving course in the world is the PADI open water course. The course can be taken by anyone over the age of ten, with an interest in scuba diving as it enables them to go diving in the open water for the first time. Students are given a book and a DVD, to help them along the way. The course begins with a confined water or swimming pool session in which trainee divers learn the basic skills (mask clearing, dive signs, regulator recovery etc.) and the basic safety rules (buddy groups, dive tows, caesar etc.). A multiple choice exam is then completed before four dives in the open water accompanied by an instructor.
Once in the open water, students are required to demonstrate some of the skills they have learnt in the swimming pool. During the open water dives they are expected to show confidence and non-stupidity in the water. Upon completion students are awarded their open water course certifications and PADI course card, and are then free to dive with the supervision of a dive master instead of an instructor.

If You Have A Gun Then Get A Reloading Press
Thursday, September 2nd, 2010
As we all know, the topic of gun control is here to stay. There are people who are on all sides of the issue and the agenda of each group moves back and forth. It is believed though that at some point a form of gun control will be enacted. Since the laws and policies tend to protect the individuals property, it seems that the actual firearms could not be completely removed out of the hands of Americans. In this case the gun control supporters would look to choke off the supply of ammunition or raise prices to extreme levels. If you do not have any ammo then your gun or firearm becomes useless. An answer to this issue is to own a reloading press. If you were able to produce your own bullets and ammo then the shortages experienced by the general population would not apply to you. You might have to stock up on supplies but that is not a big deal. Something to consider for all gun owners and firearm lovers.
