I need to make sure that I can do whatever it takes in order to be sure that I will have my files even if my phone gets lost or destroyed. These files are definitely important to me because they are what my life runs on right now. They are photographs and contact information for people I have known for a long time, and those that I have just met. I feel like without this information, I would be so lost. I guess that I why I find it so important to keep a backup copy of everything that I store on my phone. I will be happy that I have it, and it will probably be one of the better things to spend money on right now.

When I first started studying computer, I thought that it would be boring because I am such a jumpy person and I do not like sitting down to study something for more than two hours. Though this was my opinion when I first joined college for my computer lessons, I think that I am changing my mind because I am finding computer lessons very exciting. I was able to study that it is possible to work with two excel worksheets at thee same time without interfering one with the other. I have tried applying this in my computer back at home and I like it, though I have not been perfect yet but I believe that with a few practice sessions here and there I will be an expert in doing these things. In our office we have a lot of windows machines a lot of Mac machines as well. Generally when a user calls up with problems with the wind is pushing, we just use a remote desktop program we have to see what’s on the screen and help them out. The problem is, so far, we haven’t found a Mac remote desktop client. I don’t want one that lets you actually open a new session on your own, but I want one that you can actually see what the user is seeing and they can see what you’re doing. I think that would be ideal because then we can teach them over the phone how to resolve the problem that they happen to have at the moment. We’ve tried out different solutions, we haven’t found anything we really liked just yet. I think I’m going to keep searching around the Internet a little bit more until I find a good solution.
